Let’s work on making your lifts better. Join me for one 1-hour training session each week, along with 3-5 additional days of Olympic Lifting work. Before we get started on the cycle, we’ll have a max-out session—this is a free session—to establish your training maxes and identify what you need to work on most. Throughout the cycle, you can also send me videos to review* as desired.
You can choose to purchase one cycle (6 weeks) or subscribe to receive continuous training.

*You must send videos no later than midnight Friday each week and will receive feedback no later than the following Sunday evening.
What is included?
Membership to Beyond the Whiteboard (this is where you will receive your programming and log your results)
Fully personalized programming, specific to your needs
Warm ups (if desired)
Video demonstrations for any unfamiliar movements
Workout notes that tell you where your focus should be for each movement or for the workout overall
Coach support if you have any questions about the prescribed work
Programming is completed by end of day Sunday for the following week.
