Here’s where you can easily view all workout elements in a single day.
Warm Up
If you choose to include warm ups, they are unscored elements but still include links to any movements that are unfamiliar or require a specific focus.
Workout
You can click on any movement in the workout to be taken to that movement's history. You'll also receive workout notes for every element. These include clarifications on movements or form, any particular focus I want you to have for that movement/workout. Movement demos also appear here--linked to YouTube by me.
